Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so changes aren’t always possible. If you’d like to update or cancel, please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best before it’s dispatched. -
Sorry, discount codes cannot be combined. Only one code can be applied per order.

I can’t log in — what should I do?
Make sure you’ve created an account (many customers check out as guests). If you have, try resetting your password. Still stuck? Contact our support team, and we’ll help get you back in. -
I entered the wrong address — what can I do?
No worries! Email support@pupgrade.co.uk with your order number, full name, and the correct details. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can fix it. Once it’s on its way, however, we can’t change delivery details. -

My discount code isn’t working — what should I do?
Double-check that your code is entered in all caps with no spaces and that it’s still valid. If it still doesn’t apply, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. -
